Tucked away on 18th and Collins Avenue adjacent to the Redbury Hotel South Beach is this casual elegant restaurant called Lorenzo. The pickled onions with shaved roasted garlic over a grilled Mahi Mahi was outstanding in flavor and presentation. The bottom of the dish had a pea purée with dabs of cream. Can’t wait to see the rest of the new menu coming soon!
