The Carbonara Burger is Back!

Now you can catch it again on their new lunch menu. Black Angus patty topped with Applewood smoked bacon, fontina cheese, black truffle, egg and Parmigiano. So stop by and come hungry and enjoy one of these really good and satisfying burgers.


Grand Charcuterie Board

CharcuterieAn exceptional charcuterie board at Root in New Orleans was outstanding. The Chef’s selection of house-made sausages and seasonal accouterments where outstanding. Framed with pickles and pickled fruits where very tasty. The Pâté de Campagne was extremely flavorful and creamy which went really well on top of the flatbread that was part of the board. Afternoon Delight!

TruffleFriesCrispy golden fries with a drizzle of truffle oil, shaved Parmesan cheese and lightly salted. Can this be the best tempting side dish anywhere? It was the only dish we all kept picking at. Actually it was the last dish our waiter removed from our table. That good! If you try MC Kitchen in the Miami Design District don’t forget to ask for them.

Rabo'de'Toro'al'VinoThis hardy & satisfying dish is always a favorite of mine at Barceloneta Restaurant. If you like Tempranillo braised oxtail with creamy polenta and Idiazabal cheese with a ribbon of truffle oil, this is where to get it. The savory dish gives you the flavors of true Spanish tapas in a quite casual space. Great for lunch too!
