This hardy & satisfying dish is always a favorite of mine at Barceloneta Restaurant. If you like Tempranillo braised oxtail with creamy polenta and Idiazabal cheese with a ribbon of truffle oil, this is where to get it. The savory dish gives you the flavors of true Spanish tapas in a quite casual space. Great for lunch too!
One of my favorite tapas at Bulla Gastrobar. Warm and zesty with stracciatella, tomate frito sauce that work well with the veal and pork meatballs. Great with a refreshing glass of Sangria Blanca!
At Salumeria 104 this delicious plate has a way to start conversation before a good red wine. Piccola Selezione is a fine way to do that. Choice of proscuitto and two salumi with Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Toscano cheeses.
