For all of those who like the concept of Healthy Regional Cuisine, here is the perfect spot on the beach. Oolite Restaurant is the a place where you can enjoy an array of berry muffins, biscuits, banana bread, coffee cakes and more, all very delicious and surprisingly Gluten Free. The atmosphere is chic and open design. The service is with no attitude even though it’s South Beach. They have local entertainment that will make your brunch special. Check them out for dinner, lunch or brunch and ask what the name Oolite is all about.
Sometimes breakfast can be a heavy meal. Instead of waking you up it makes you go back to bed. This healthy breakfast from Front Porch Cafe on South Beach is full of fresh and tasty fruits, yogurt and granola. After your healthy breakfast you can walk from the restaurant across the street and dive into the beach. So awesome.
Not time for brunch yet but a Bellini never fails to refresh my morning breakfast! This fragrant drink was created between 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani. Bellini was the name he gave it because of Giovanni Bellini (15th-century Venetian artist) who had a painting of a saint wearing a toga of the same color! I’m glad inspiration is all around us. Salute.
Brunch! Did I say unique, tasty and eye awakening plate! A combination of the perfect golden cheesy bread with grilled lamb sausages and eggs sunny side up with crispy home fries to frame it. Blue Collar is where to go for brunch or whenever you are ready for a good meal.
