Got invited to Dinner Lab in Miami and I was very pleased. The menu was from Chef Ryan Haigler who really gave a great show. He prepared a five course meal that was exciting and well presented. His third course was spectacular. The Crab+Mascarpone Crepe was unique and full of flavor. Check out the next Dinner Lab in your area. It’s worth the experience!
