One of the newest places to have lunch or dinner is at Verde at the new PAMM Museum. The menu is simple and has a wonderful selection of good food. The Chicken Under a Brick was extraordinary. Tender and so juicy that I craved it for days. The Crispy Yukon potatoes and the chimichurri complemented the dish. The service was very good. Now I can concentrate on the wonderful art without feeling hungry! 😉
