Scallops to Die For

ScallopsIt was a great holiday season and I’m back enjoying the deliciousness of food. Today I’m featuring these scallops wrapped in lardo, asparagus, pearl onion, tomato confit and brown butter sherry. The colors and freshness of the topping was outstanding. The scallops themselves where amazing. I had a great evening at Barceloneta in Miami Beach. Good service and pleasant atmosphere.
