The appetizer that started our great dinner at POC Modern American Cuisine was pretty amazing. These oysters where so tasty and fresh. Colorful and well prepared. Made with cream spinach, bacon lardons, and lobster glachè.  They have a great variety of unique tapas and sushi. Inside and outside dining with a large bar to accommodate a great happy hour crowd. Free parking and good stroll after your dinner at The Village of Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach.
