Gas and Tapas in One Place!

CrabCakesTostones de Mariscos is what this tapa is called. It’s actually plantain filled with fresh seafood. Tender and warm inside a mashed plantain. The drizzle sauce frames this tapa nicely too. El Carajo is truly a surprise of a restaurant. Hidden at a typical gas station that has been transformed into a Spanish restaurant inside. Don’t miss it if you are in the mood for real Spanish tapas.

I’ve heard great things about that place. I have to check it out. BTW, Gas and Anything in one place….too easy!

    1. It’s really pretty good. I think they have real tapas. Not the made up ones you find everywhere these days.
