This years Taste of The Gables event to start Coral Gables Restaurant Week was a success! One of my favorite this year was Swine Southern Table & Bar. No one had to wait in line to get this heavenly slider quickly. It consisted of Country-fried bacon on Parkerhouse Rous with Tabasco Honey and Homemade Dill Pickles. It was a mouthful indeed. Delicious and layered with flavors from end to end. YUM!! #crave.
